We do allow clients and vendors to apply custom vinyl graphics to select rental pieces; however, only removable, non-permanent vinyl is permitted.

Please keep the following requirements in mind:

• Removable vinyl clings or static films are preferred.

• No permanent adhesives, glues, tapes, or materials that could damage the finish or remove paint are allowed.

• Vinyl must be applied onsite after delivery by your vendor or installer.

• All vinyl must be completely removed prior to our scheduled pickup. Any adhesive residue or damage resulting from the application or removal of vinyl may result in repair or replacement charges.

Our goal is to ensure the rental pieces are returned in the same condition they were delivered while still allowing for personalized event branding.
