Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Carpenter. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the recovery, restoration, and building of furniture; requiring a strong background in carpentry and hands-on experience in furniture repair techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of basic furniture construct, be very detail-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in a carpentry shop (may occasionally have to do on-site repairs to furniture already delivered to a venue for an event).

Milling
Shaping
Sanding
Staining
Finishing
Trimming
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various building activities.
Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects.
Perform regular heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks handling furniture in the shop .
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
Prior experience in the furniture/ event industry or related fields.
Strong background in woodworking, including knowledge and experience using shop tools (Table saw, bandsaw, planer, jointer, lathe, miter/ chop saws, pneumatic/ electric/ battery operated hand tools, etc.
Demonstrated ability to complete refurbishing projects effectively.
Previous experience in a carpentry shop setting is essential for understanding shop dynamics. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about carpentry and restoration/ repair work, eager to learn new skills, and committed to delivering quality results on every project undertaken.

Our Delivery Team Members are primarily responsible for loading, transporting, delivering various rental items (primarily furniture) to event sites, & assisting in the readiness of our warehouse and inventory.
Delivery Team Members maintain the highest form of professionalism, representing Distressed Rentals & Revival.
Responsibilities:
On-time arrival for work shift(s).
Dependable performance.
Warehouse Readiness & Quality Control
Assist in the preparation and recovery of inventory.
Keep a clean work environment in order to maintain a superior standard.
Keep all rental items and materials organized.
Assist with reviewing orders before and after loading inventory.
Load trucks properly.
Transport furniture without damage.
Complete all deliveries and load outs on time.
Professional delivery and placement of furniture on-site.
Experience:
Must be customer service oriented
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
Position is physically intensive and requires frequent bending, lifting, and the ability to lift 50lbs
Well organized.
Flexible schedule within fast-paced event work environment
Experience driving straight box trucks (16'- 26' box) is not required but is a bonus. This increases pay and opens the door for full-time opportunity.
